This document governs the terms and conditions applicable to the purchase of digital mobile data eSIMs through the website https://esimmarruecos.com.

2. Purpose

These Terms govern the electronic purchase of prepaid eSIM plans for mobile Internet access, delivered in digital format (QR code or activation instructions). eSIM plans are exclusively for mobile data.

3. Purchase process

  1. The customer selects the preferred eSIM plan on the Website.
  2. The features and final price (taxes included) are displayed.
  3. Payment is made through the Stripe secure gateway.
  4. After confirming payment, the QR code is sent to the email provided.

4. Prices and payment terms

All prices are expressed in euros (EUR). SuviLink OÜ does not store card data or other payment methods at any time; these are managed entirely by Stripe.

5. Service delivery

Delivery is immediate and digital. The customer is responsible for correctly providing their email address.

6. Device compatibility

The customer must verify before purchase that their device is compatible. Suvilink OÜ is not responsible for unverified incompatibilities.

8. Right of withdrawal

As this involves digital content delivered immediately, the customer accepts and waives their right of withdrawal once the eSIM has been received, in accordance with European regulations.
